Default Axial ESC

I just bought a used Axial AX-10 with an AE-1 ESC. I can not get the thing to run! After turning the switch on the thing chirps once and the LED flashes green with a little red. The 3 beeps do not sound. I can't find anything online to diagnose the flashing LED. Does it mean the battery pack is no good? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
