Default Common?

Is it common for Axials to sit un-level? Are spacers just a band aid for needing new shocks?

I cant seem to get my phone to send a pic now which is very annoying but anyways under throttle the right rear sags and when you let off the shock doesnt rebound it just keeps sagging making the truck sit unlevel.

Looks very similar to what is going on but mine is not that extreme my shocks will rebound just not fully. Some rebound further than others...
