Do you mean the red tube chassis one the main banner? If so, it is Hulk's Moon Buggy. He used Hot Bodies threaded shocks, and in that pic I am pretty sure he was running Mini-T springs inside them. Here is a link to his buildup thread - Hulk's Moon Buggy |
