What is a droop setup and spring set up mean when talking about the shocks?

lol since these two are pointless a droop setting is lower the truck as far as it will go for better Cog.... (center of gravity) id prefer it high off the ground for better clearence

thanks, I must not search very well when I do I get lots of matches but they seem the be every post with one of the words in it

That is how the search function works on this site unless you purchase a star and then it becomes a boolean search meaning it will search the phrase as a whole rather than every post with one of the words in it. Unless you purchase a star I suggest trying to keep your searches to one word.

WOW sorry dude. I did a couple searches. Any info I found on droop and sprung suspension was so little, in so many places, it was of no use. But I don't feel bad because nobody else found a good link with all the answers. I guess the search button isn't the do all it was supposed to be. I am not the best at this search thing.

Huh, yeah I didn't even look, just saw the title thread as noob and assumed. I just got my star a week or so ago, and I noticed a difference in results with the search. If I search the entire site, from the main page of the forum I get tons of results but if I search within a specific forum it seems to be better. Regardless the search function here leaves a lot to be desired.

i ask because you should do a more specific brand,model search in those forums,,,search "Sprung" in titles only,,then search "Droop" in titles only in those forums
