Basically it is the distance between the pivot point of the steering knuckle and the center of the tires contact patch. The farther you move the tire away from the pivot point the harder it will be for your servo to turn your truck.

Bullies have a poor scrub radius. The berg axle have the Best scrub radius IMO. It has to do with wheel offset also.
