Alot of reading and alot of help from BALISTIC that lurks on here and I was away. I still read this for hints and tips everyday. Hence be decision to go from narrowed stampede rims to RC4WD beadlocks.

Its just hard being in australia because alot of the parts are not available locally. SO I HAVE TO WAIT annoying.

But never mind I am getting there.

Bit of an update for those playing at home.

Spent abit of time on the little lady today and got the following done:

Built and locked Pede tranny

Popped over to the machineshop and got the Maxx yokes lathed down. I have mounted the tranny ones. I also drilled the Diff output shafts so I could put a set screw through to hold the yoke in place.

Smoothed off lower part of diff housings

Set up the link mounts.

I have also purchased some new gear

Second hand (basically brand new) set of mashers.

So I bought some pede rims and have narrowed them to fit the mashers and I will put the Moabs on the beadlocks.

Also ordered my JR radio.

Now its all a waiting game on parts to come from the US I know everything is on the way but with easter I guess I am going to have to wait till next week now. BUGGER!!
