Default Chassis Help!!

Hey whats up guys? Ive been lurking around here for awhile now and been saving up and finally got enough to build all 3 tlt kits that i have but ive got a few questions:

What is the best way to bend the frame rails?
What is the best way to layout the design?
What is better to use 3/16th" square tube or 1/4th" square tube?
Plans on running ford courier body or a chevy c-10 body.....any help would be awesome thanks

Sorry maybe I should rephrase my question....

What is the best way to bend the frame to measurements?
Like to make both sides the same angle bend and everything?
Could I just use a protractor?
