Talking Losi Micro/New and wide open!

Well I've been watching this hobby for a while and decided to take it on wide open right out the gate. I'm a rock crawling fanatic with my full sized rig and figured this was the obvious next step when I can't be on the trail. Plus these little guys are great to throw in my offshore bag and tweak on at work. I work in the robotics field anyway and I hope to bring at least one or two fresh ideas. Here's what I got coming to get me started:

Chassis- Blade TMC & HR Low CG Plates

Suspension-
Crawlerx:
3x link sets
Trekker Drive shafts
2x Mini T ball sets

HR:
Alum upper mount
Alum hub set
Alumspindle set
Alum servo mount
Alum skid plate
Alum drag link
Alum shocks (yes I got to try!)

Misc:
Miniqlo Tires
HR Beadlocks
52+56 Alum spurs
2x 7.4 180 Batteries
10,11,12,13,14 T brass pinions
HR Alum transmission case
Alum slipper
Rear lockout
Clrx wheel wideners (waiting on BWD)
Brass trans shaft gear

Plus I got a ton of stock spares and replacement motors and some servos. Got 2 rtr kits on the way for me and my son.

Thanks to everybody that takes the time to post all of thier hours of trial and error on this site. I am reading every single bit of it if I can. Will post my evolution through this as I go.

Well out of all the knowledge on here I hope to contribute if possible. Been looking at different wiring and electronic options. Would really like to go brush less/lip.

All you need is the Predator motor from Getbent.
The micro is fun, cheap and easy to mod... but once you get a taste... it's all over. You might as well start padding the paypal account now for some 1:10 rigs

Yeah I sent getbent an email for a couple motors. He's got alot on his plate right no with summer and his kids. I completely understand. I have so much other stuff to tweak on that Im hoping the motor combo will be my last mod. I've his motors are the end all be all of drive train mods.
