i alredy put rear wheel stering and cut the springs for more flex idk wat else to do

Search around. Are you talking about a nylint? If so there is a ultimate mod guide in the nilint forum on 1:18 scale(I think)

There is a guy that goes by Loulou from Quebec Canada who does not speak much English and he posts at least 90% of the stuff on here.

After spending hours and hours trying to make this thing work well, you will finally realize the only thing worth keeping on this truck is the body - so don't cut it up too badly.
