Clodbuster body for GS01

I have a Gmade Komodo GS01 that has an 11.3 wheelbase. It seems pretty hard to find any bodies out there to fit. Im thinking of going with the old school ClodBuster body but it will probably take some modification to the body, Ive read about people doing it for the SCX10 same wheelbase but no pics or info on how it performs etc. Anyone have any advice>

travmad804, do some searching on YouTube for general body mounting guidelines. Extreme Scale Performance went over some methods. That link starts closer to where he is covering it.

There most likely won't be a "This is how to fit this body to this chassis" information out there given the wide variety of bodies and chassis. I was looking for myself as well since the Clodbuster is probably the nicest/only Chevy pickup hard body.

Keep in mind the Clodbuster is actually a 11" wheelbase which might require you to mount your suspension in a custom location in order to get the wheels lined up in the opening.

There is also the RC4WD Blazer hard body, which could be converted to a pickup without too much trouble. 287mm / 11.3" wheelbase according to the rc4wd site.

Plus its a larger body, the Clod Chevy is more like 1/12
