| Hi Everybody!
So, I work at a shop that is visited by multiple tool trucks. One of which is Snap-on, which I won a drawing for. I got my first ever crawler, a brand new Traxxas TRX-4 limited edition Snap-on Bronco. Which is great because the 78/79 Bronco was the first truck I ever knew I wanted. So now I have a toy one. What can I expect from this thing, reliability, known issues and such. Thanks.

Buy a better steering servo for when the stock one breaks or just to drastically improve steering speed and strength. Cool truck!

Welcome to the forum! Can't speak to the performance of the rig, but there's plenty of trails around Eno River and Occoneechee to try it out on! Once they open again, of course. |

Welcome to RCC! For now just drive your TRTX4. The more you drive it the more you will determine any upgrades you may like/need.

Welcome and congrats on the new rig! The trx4 is a pretty popular truck right now and for good reason. Portal axles, lockable diffs, 2 speed transmission, etc. As long as you maintain it properly it will be a very reliable rig. My dad has a trx4 and he is pretty happy with it. I have only ever driven it once so I can't speak to performance. From seeing my dad driving it I don't like the way the stock suspension looks like it handles but that doesn't tell us anything now does it |

Welcome to the forum! Congrats on winning the Bronco! The TRX-4 is, IMO, the most durable scale crawler out there. Don't worry about anything. Just drive it to start and have fun. You'll soon notice weaker areas you want to improve or things you want to change. Until then, just have fun. Post up some photos of that Bronco! |
