Default Internal type shocks

I have some old (about 13 year old) internal Integry spring shocks on my AX-10- they seem to be less than springy these days- I opened them up and cleaned them, now is there a way to rebuild these (new springs-add oil?) or just buy new ones? They don't seem to be excessive in price- any ideas?

It might help to know what vehicle you will be using these shocks on. My no prep drag car uses a completely different shock and shock setup than my crawlers. A little context would help us help you.
