Default Startin A Scaler Soon Need help

I plan on starting a 1.9 scaler soon i need some idea on axles elctronic and such im trying to stay on a budget of $400 would like to stay a lil lower but 400s the most Any suggestions will help thanx o and im also planning on using the xj body if i can get ahold of one but thats not included in the budget.

tlt axles 70
pede trans ~50
lrp ai esc 40
traxxas tq2 ~30
chicken butt servo ~20
chassis 50-100
wheels and tires 30-50
battery ~20


all depending new or used. and how desireable they are. definately more things on that list like bearings and alot of nickels and dimes for scalers.
