Default motor prob

well i ended up getting a high lift. Now i just got a integy 55t motor. and it won't turn. i think it has something to do with my esc but im not certain becasue it say 16t and up. its the DuraTrax IntelliSpeed 16T Mild-Modified Reverse ESC.

ok still have a prob it only goes forward. Same Q about the esc.

That ESC has a reverse lockout feature. Make sure that it is disabled. Also check the reverse delay setting.

yea i tried going through the set up over again. i did the reverse delay thing as low as it goes. Thanks for the help though

anybody else have any suggestions? i hooked up the original motor and it doesnt go in reverse now.

This sounds dumb but did ya pullthe antenna all the way out of the radio when ya tested it? Spent a half hour trippin' cuz minre wouldn't back up and realized (finally) the signal was weak. Sorry to sound patronizing, but only the best intentions I assure you! lol

i was gonna see if this was the prob next im almost possitive its not becasue it worked when i first got it together and all i changed was the motor but i am trying this in a few minutes.

nope. i think ive tried everything i can think of. im thinking i fried my esc. it lights up in reverse but doesnt send power.

good luck with your problem again this might sound dumb but the same thing happened to me turns out i had a bare wire touching my metal chassis. or maybe your motor wires are backwards?? hope u figure it out

switching the motor wires just makes it go backwards. no wires touching anything. its weird because the esc will light up when in reverse but doesnt send any power to the motor.

That'll cost more money. if they fix it for free then i don't have to spend money. Also i looked for one at my LHS and they didn't have any that i wanted.

I am sure you did this already, but check ALL connections that are visible. Make sure All motor connections and battery connections are good on the battery, esc, and motor. Also, dont forget the RX Plug, that can cause simple problems too.

yea i checked everything tried different channels, recharged batteries. Cant try anything else now i sent it back.
