Default Tc3

A few of us up at work race each other on road touring cars and I got tired of using my Tamiya Hummer converted to car (even though I havent lost a race with it). I found a good deal on a used TC3 chassis (thanks sniper), so I have been building it for our next race.

Specs:
TC3 chassis
MIP CVDs
Tamiya Super Low Friction shocks
Front anti-sway bar
7 cell 4700 mAh pack
19T Reedy Challenger
HiTec 5955TG
Novak XRS
Rear spool

I still need to clean up the wiring a bit (that negative battery lead is bugging me), but it is mostly finished and is pretty damn fast.

That thing looks pretty good.
I used to have a TC3 a few years back, until the TC4 came out (I bought one of those).
I like that Ford GT body on there. I like the black body and black wheels... When I was buying my most recent body It was between the Ford and the Saleen S7.

I also built mine to race around with a couple guys at work. But now I'm the only one left with a TC (they all wanted something off-road, and didn't want to buy 'another').
So now mine is built for one purpose, to reach highway speeds... The last time I clocked it, it reached 56mph... And still takes off light a lightning bolt.

Thanks!

Yeah, one of the guys I race has a new TC4....the other has some really fancy Yokomo with a lot of CF and an X-ray. None of them have beat the Tamyia Hummer convert. Driving skills pays off! I hope this TC3 can keep up.
