| **jwalkers FWD Drag'r** Jesse, jwalker, done some killer paint for me quite a few months ago. So in return, I agreed to do a full custom chassis for his FWD drag car. Now I don't know the specifics on ESC and motor combo and that sort of stuff. I do know it will be fast and pretty damb cool! Started out will some aluminum plate for the pan, then doing a full cage. Here's what I got started on today. Jesse will chime in here with more details. |

Dude this thing is going to be wicked looking. For those who are wondering what I am trying to build, well it is something totally different and R2J wanted to tackle it. I plan on running a sidewinder esc, more than likely a CC5700kv, the biggest battery that will be running on it will be a 3s Thunder Power 40C Discharge 80C Burst 5000mah but will be running a 2s most of the time. It will be heavier than the stock setup but it will be needed for the FWD drivetrain. It is also going to be a scaler at the same time so there will be a full interior when it is done. I chose the Toyota Celica body cause it has the looks that i want for a drag car and the tires will be narrowed in the rear with some fat tires in the front. Thats all I will share for now so you will have to keep watching the build. Man I cant wait to see this thing built, thanks a bunch for wanting to do this for me. |

this looks great had the idea to do this to but other projects get started you should use touring car foam wheels for the front, they might look more scale and should have better grip |

Get a gear diff for the front of that and shoo goo it. The ball diff in the FF-01 never stood up to any HP. Especially if you are going to add foams in the front as in that video. I ran a 1-way in one for awhile super fast in and a ton of drive out.
