Yorkville dam

Couple of us went up to the dam this sunday,usual stuff, crawling same rocks as before,crossed the orange water creek that goes into the river walk about 200 yds down river up off the river bank into a small wooded area we found a awsome rock pile covered with real old concrete an moss, rocks the size of a small car excellent place to test out breakover an setup a decent comp area, no dirt at all ,its all sand an pea gravel,we spent over 5 hrs there pulling off some awsome lines, far better area to crawl,no spectators, no people fishing, an its in the shade alsojust wanted to share this with the guys that do go an have comps there,check it out sometime.

We go up there about once a month we are about 25 minutes away, its one of our crawling spots that we go to,we have 5 spots that usaually the group i run with we go to twice a month,nothing but a bunch of guys that try to out do each other(follow the leader you make it ill make it type of crawling) its what we decided we like to do.

I have played at the same spot several times. There is a few places along the river there if you dont mind walking a little. We night fish down were you are talking about.
