SuperCrawl 2015 date will be – same procedure as every year – at pentecostweekend (22.–24. Mai)

Location will be next to a lovely castle in Oberbayern.

You can start in the following classes:

2.2“ Shafty
2.2“ Pro
Scalecrawler
1.9“
SuperClass

We need at least 5 starters for 1.9“ and SuperClass – I guess won´t be a problem.

AboutScalers (NOT scalecrawler!):
The location is perfect for crawler but not so good for scalers. So there won´t be a scalerun year, but you can use your in your sparetime without problems.
Time schedule:
At the moment there is no fix plan, but we have just an idea.

Friday:
- Arrival
From 02.00 o´clock pm
- Location survey
- Free practice

Saturday:
From 08.00 o´clock am
- Technical approval until 9.00 Uhr
- Coursebuilding 2.2“ Pro, Shafty and scalecrawler
From 09.00 o´clock am
Course opening:
-2.2“ Shafty
-2.2“ Pro
-Scalecrawler

Sunday:
From 08.00 o´clock am
- Technical approval until 9.00 Uhr
- Coursebuilding 2.2“ Pro and Shafty
- Coursebuilding 1.9“ and SuperClass
From 09.00 o´clock am
Course opening:
-2.2" Pro
-2.2" Shafty
-1.9"
-SuperClass
After 04.00 o´clock pm

The technical approval will be the same for everyone!


Entry fee:
It was our goal to reach an entry fee as low as possible. No unneccesary expense, just covering the costs!

Entry fees for 2015:

-2.2“ Pro = 25,- Euro
-2.2“ Shafty = 25,- Euro
-Scalecrawler = 25,- Euro

If you start in all 3 classes you´ll pay only 60,- Euro!

-1.9“ = 15,- Euro
-SuperClass = 15,- Euro

If there are not at least 5 Starter for 1.9 and Superclass we´ll refund the money!

Please NO Paypal or cash! We can accept only bank transfer!!!
Each Starter will get a5 Euro Voucherfor one meal in the castles restaurant.

We can´t accept any other payment – SORRY!! Please don´t forget to check the 2 red marked fields!

Please understand that there won´tbe any refund! Once you´ve payed we´ll put your on the subscriberlist. For easier assignment please you on of the bank transfer fields to fill in your nickname you use in the german rockcrawler forum or in your local forum

Location:
The castle is next to Eichstätt.
It´s an very old castle that can be visited too.
We will use a location at one of the wallsites – on natural stones.
Pure nature J!
You´ll find there a prepared paddock an a Crawler shop (sponsored by Crawlerkeller) .

Parking:
Please do not use the parking places inside the castle!
Please use the parking area a bit before (about 50 places)and follow the signs or use the one next to the railroad station.
From the railroad station tot he Supercrawl area it´s about 15min walking.
Catering:
There is a nice restaurant inside the castle (you can use your 5 Euro voucher).
You can take your meals there and coffee/cake too.
For sure there it will be croud of visitors but we´ve asked them to arrange some tables for us (with an SC sign) . Please use them first.


Restrooms:
You ´ll find rstrooms inside the restaurant and next to our location.

Accommodation:
Next to our location you´ll can find find some nice hotels.

The hotel „Kolping-Bildungsstätte“ is really next tot he location.

There is a camping ground too .
