Default bodywork

hey i am new to detailing body and want to narrow the front end on my k5 but i dont know what to put it back together with ?

From what I have read you can use some mesh screen and shoogoo and that should hold it.

I've never done a dovetail, but the mesh drywall tape from your lcoal hardware store and a tube of shoe goo makes super strong repairs. I'm willing to bet it will work fine for body mods as well....
