| Airbrush Propellant
I recently bought a basic airbrush kit that doesnt require a comressor but uses canned propellant. Is this stuff available at most hardware stores? I dont get much usefull information about what it from the can label. Here is the kit that I have: I realize that I can order it off the internet, but I am in the middle of a project and want to get it finished. Thanks! |

walmart sells airbrush propellant in the model car section and you can get it in a big can or a small can

The stuff in the can sucks. Always runs out before you finish.:-( Go to the local flea market and get a compressor. I got one almost new for $20.00. The guy had several of them for sale. Same as this one bot generic brand name. Seen a few on Craigslist too for less than $30.00. Just make sure you get a good water separator. |

I just use my normal garage compressor that puts out 150 psi, BUT I have a in-line regulator, I can turn it down to zero or up to 30 whatever I want...works fine.

Yeah, I have a small pancake compressor, but I need to get a few lines and fitting. I picked up a can at Micheals (man, I hate the way that store smells) so that I can finish the project. |
