My first Paint Job... Wanted something different... don't like symmetry... tried to come up with something modern, clean and classy. Did I? |

Man... you paint-em up all nice and then just when you are the proudest... you get out the scissors and cut them up. Here is the body on / after chop shots. A note on the Pleazer body: If you get the newer ones with the bulge in the hood (like this one) the base of the bulge prevents you from slamming the body any more than this one is. It looks like it is mounted high in the pics, but it isn't all that bad. Overall... I'm happy, but if I wanted to slam a body... I'd go with flow next time. |

I like the 8 ball on the passengers side door. Good color combo also.

nice color combo, very clean. I love the original pleazer lines before they went to a 2.0. |

Thanks for the compliments. I finally got it out on the rocks. I like the body, but it has its drawbacks from the side of practicality. The back is really stiff and I had to cut it high to clear the tires. If you are scooting backwards on the lid trying to roll back over, it just gets lodged against rocks. (No give). Besides that it's still a nice bod. I may try one of the tiny comp bods next. I kind of like the new J-Concepts truck body. It's also another opportunity to paint some more. |
