Default Paint compatibility question..

If I just painted a body with lacquer based paint, can I use water based Fastint on top of the lacquer paint?

I was gonna tint the windows but just realized the paint was lacquer base and the fastint was water base.

Both types are Pactra paints, both are sprayed through a airbrush.

I just wanted to make sure the paint wouldnt lift, or wrinkle or anything.

Default no problem!

Never a problem spraying a water based paint over the lacqures or enamels, presuming the paint is dry. there can be problems spraying acrylics first then lacqures etc. if you need to spray acrylics first, you can back them with something like faskote sealer and then scray your lac's
hope this helps
