| Painting 1st rc car body quick question.
im going to paint the parma 1/8 truck body a single color blue and wondering is there like a final coat you should put on the body when its done underneath. I see many cars that are dark colors but inside the body looks like they are white or silver??

Most people "back" the color they choose with white or silver to give it a more solid and non-see through appearance. Silver will give a metalic color more sparkle, while a white back coat makes the final color stand out more. Backing also helps block other colors like in stripes or graphics and keeps them from showing through. Hope this helps.

no, you can spray the silver backing once the blue has dried to the touch. |
