| f150 scx10 quadcab to standard
i got this body from a new bright rc. i liked it as it was but i wanted it to give it more of a truggy look. this is the first hard body that i ever hacked up. i used ggloss black krylon fusion. im waiting on some copper for the bottim trim. i saw a harley davidson 1:1 and kinda modeled the cab off of that. what do you all think? before was orginally got with two tone copper an black so i laid the rest of the copper i had from another body to see how it would look and this is it almost finished i think the windshield looks cheesy being black. i would like to make one from lexan but im not too sure how |

I was thinking of using the same body for my build. I have a white 2010 crew cab F150 that I drive every day. I wasn't sure if the body would fit on the SCX10 frame, but to look at your pics I think it might work. What setup are you running (tire size, stock frame setup at 11.4", etc.)? Looks great and thanks for the help. |

thanks guys, my next plan is to make an interior fro it and get rid of the black windshield and windows. i just dont know where to start when making an interior. im trying to find some info about it. after some searching i found an easy solution on how to clear the windows. luckily i save the box the new bright truck came in and was able to use the plastic window on the box to cut out some new windows. they are just taped in for mock up at the moment. i got some pics of the interior i want to make so i guess its a start. what do you all think? personally i like the clear better, doesnt look as toy like. any suggestions on how to do the interior is welcome.
