im getting a lexan body for my scx10. ive never painted one but it doesnt seem that hard. anyway i had an idea and wanted to get some opinions and tips from you guys. my plan is to paint the body blue and black from the outside and spray the inside gray. That way it will get scratches from the rocks like a real truck? Would it work? Have any of you guys tried it?

Yea it works, alot of guys paint rust underneath instead of grey also.
