Default nylint body resto?

i have a painted nylint body but i want it back to the orange. what could i use to remove the paint but not fade the orange?

ps: i dont want to paint it orange either, it will just scatch off

what kind of paint did you use?
oven cleaner i'm sure would hurt the plastic

paint thinner? or some elbow grease and sand paper.

I thought the same thing but I tried it anyway and it did not hurt the plastic at all. When the paint came off the plastic was shiny and clean like it was before I painted the body 10 years ago. I used oven cleaner from the dollar store and a plastic bag. I let it sit over night and the paint came off when I ran water over the body.

you want something that isn't solvent based like thinner or stripper, something that is orange based or specially formulated for plastics like chameleon would work best

Brake fluid.
Using a sponge and put a nice coat on it.
Let it sit for about 10-15min keep an eye on it.
Take a q-tip or something similar and see if you can wipe
the paint off if you can then get an old rag and start wiping the paint off
if not put on more brake fluid and wait.
