Last minute ticket/plan changes

A couple drivers have unexpected changes in their plans a need to make changes.

At the time of purchase there was a no refunds policy as well as a $10 change fee. This is necessary because events of this size require an huge amount of advance planning and purchasing and we simply can't restructure budgets every time someone changes their mind.

Anyone that needs to sell or trade a Super or 1.9 ticket can do so until Friday Sept 7 at midnight (I must be notified by PM)

2.2s class by Thursday Sept 6 at midnight (I must be notified by PM)

2.2 pro cannot be traded unless the driver qualified prior, or the must available to judge 2.2 pro.
