Default Are these the trucks you guys are starting with?

Are these the trucks you guys are starting with? Are they easy to convert. I think one has moabs on it already

Yes. The left one is the MMT (8.5" wb) and the other is the GRC (10.5" wb). PTI sells an extension kit so converting either is a bolt on affair. However it will still require a gear reduction unit to make it a decent crawler. PTI also sells that.

Many people also replace the CVD driveshafts with slider shafts.

No clue what they go for used but I would only pay about 100 bucks depending on condition.

PTI is putting out a "pro" rtr version also. Includes the 12" extension and GRU

qoo bucks doesnt sound bad considering the tires would cost me around 35 and the truck about 150.
