Dakar Style Rally Truck
 

first off i'm sorry if you don't think this thread belongs here, this is gonna be a rally truck not a crawler




i've been running alot of rally cars lately and decided to start a dakar truck. i started with a bruder garbage truck, a tamiya mercedes cab and part of a highlift. the main goal is to not look like a trash truck anymore.

started on the skirt out of 2" aluminum angle

shortened it a 1/2" i like this better

should look ok with some paint on it still have alot to do

It's on a highlift chassis with highlift axles and leaf springs

are the full scale rally trucks built from garbage trucks? just wondering. it's looking Great! Can't wait to see a video.
