Tamiya Datsun 240z on a XV-01

Has anyone put this body on an XV-01? I read some posts about it but couldn't find anything saying it would fit.

If memory serves, the Tamiya 240Z body has a short wheelbase that could be achieved on the Tamiya DF03RA chassis. I'm not sure if the XV01 has that ability, and don't have the manual to check it out.

Hopefully someone else might chime in with a definitive answer :)

The XV is a 257mm wb chassis, the 240z body is 251. I'm sure you could fudge it on there, but you'll have to cut out a bit of the wheelewells. Might look a bit hack.

Awesome! Did you have to cut the wheel wells at all to make it fit or was it a direct fit?
