I know it's still a bit out, but you got to start looking. Of course, even if I hold an event in the middle of the desert we got to throw in a chance of rain  The heat isn't too bad considering it was 112 in Vegas like 2 weeks ago. |

| A few of us that are flying in have pooled our resources to acquire a few EZ-Ups, so we will have refuge from both sun and shade. I suggest you have a similar plan because I am pretty sure once it gets hot people with start getting territorial. |

I'll bring a 12x12 popup but I won't get there till really late Thurs/early Fri AM. There are some huge gazebos at the Lone Mtn park but I'm not sure if they will be available or even convenient to where everyone will want to be.
