Are there any pinions I might pick up locally rather than have to order them from rc4wd?

Hello, try to get Hot Racing long 48'ers, if your dealer does support HR. Greeting Frank |

| hot racing pinion But the question to go with the question is what tooth count is everyone running? I would buy the multi pack, but I don't want to spend $80 on pinions. |

I just ordered this HR set for $$32.00 shipped. It should cover a good range of gear ratios. http://www.hobbyetc.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?part_id=32742 |

If you want something under a 12T your probably going to have to order it online. Most hobby shops carry Robinson gears and in 48 pitch the smallest they make is 12T. I got some Hot Racing pinions, they go down to 9T in 48 pitch. Hope that helps.
