| RC4WD, No Phone Number?
I want to oder one of the 1/10 Bully ARTR Comp Crawlers but I would like to speak to someone from RC4WD prior to purchasing it. I'm not able to find a phone number for them, do they have one? I was all set to place an order today but I'm not sure I'd be comfortable placing an order with them since there is no direct line for communications if I have any problems or questions.

You can use either their email or forum to contact them and ask questions. Yes, it is creepy and I felt the same as you. I did buy the ARTR from them and they did respond to the emails. Expect a couple weeks or more from placing the order to receiving it. |

Phones are old school, with a phone you'd have to call during working hours and they would have to answer . You can e-mail anytime and they can answer anytime. I love RC4WD This should be in chit chat or the RC4WD section. |

It takes RC4WD a week to respond to most email inquiries. Like myself, most people want an answer now.

Does anyone have the email address for them? Every time I hit the contact button it takes me to the home page. I bought a couple dozen him joints to repair/upgrade my sons Maxstone 8 (he received it as a gift and we can't get parts from THAT manufacturer either!) and one is defective and some I'd like to exchange for other similar parts. No phone number, no email... I'm thinking no more business from me! |
