I can't due to them being molded...I'm going to try to sand them to get the edges off but being that I comp cut them, I am on the edge of where it forms over the stock flare.

I ordered one of the Boxes as soon as they were available. Needed somewhere to put my battery. I was planning on building one but this was so much easier.

When you first see it...I thought this thing has to weigh a ton...but in reality

Here are some installed pics...

Next was the Helical Gear Sets

These have to be the Halle Berry of Gears...they are gorgeous.

Can't wait to install them...

Benefits of Helical Gears (from How it Works):
The teeth on helical gears are cut at an angle to the face of the gear. When two teeth on a helical gear system engage, the contact starts at one end of the tooth and gradually spreads as the gears rotate, until the two teeth are in full engagement.

This gradual engagement makes helical gears operate much more smoothly and quietly than spur gears. For this reason, helical gears are used in almost all car transmissions.

Because of the angle of the teeth on helical gears, they create a thrust load on the gear when they mesh. Devices that use helical gears have bearings that can support this thrust load.

One interesting thing about helical gears is that if the angles of the gear teeth are correct, they can be mounted on perpendicular shafts, adjusting the rotation angle by 90 degrees.

Slight driving around...but no real beating. Possibly will see some of that this weekend at the East Coast Scale Challenge.

Needed to get the TSS ARB Style Front bumper on...

Picked up some of these Boat Hardware on eBay...

I had to drill the hole out to mount the RC4WD Shackles

It was time to take the dremel to the front valance...

Due to the fact that I had to cut the mounting tabs on the valance and I hanging a solid Aluminum bumper on, I put a bead of Shoo Goo at the joint to hold it together.

Here it is done...It's raining out so good pics will need to wait for tomorrow.
I recently picked up the same bumper and looking at how mount it. Is your bumper only mounted to the body or does it also use the front bumper mount?
