Default Trailfinder 2 newbie !

First off all hi to all , I am a newbie to this site , and what a great forum it is . I'm in the process of getting upgrade parts etc before I buy this fabulous kit , this I can't wait for . My question is this and soz if it been asked before but, are the drive shafts front and rear the same size ? and will the Junfac shafts be ok ? Also I'm looking at the Rc4wd old man emu shocks for all round are they any better than the kit originals or just the same but painted . Sorry again for the questions that have probably been asked before Rocketrron

Welcome to the site. As far as the shocks are concerned, the Old Man shocks are internally sprung, just like the stock shocks. I've never used them but many have. Personally, after using both internal and externally sprung shocks, I prefer the external spring, oil filled shocks on my TF-2. Good luck with the build.

The leaf springs are what hold the sprung weight on
a leaf sprung rig,the shocks only dampen the leafs.
Coil over shocks are what hold the sprung weight on
a linked rig.So to add coil over shocks on a leaf sprung
rig is redundant.

Yep, my TF-2 is linked and works so much better for me than the leaf set up. When I was running the leafs and coil overs, I had far fewer problems with the leafs also. I think the TF-2 leafs need all the help they can get.
