Default Axle U bolt kit?

In the Team RC4WD Guide to the TF2 that is posted in the "Sticky" it mentions using Axle U bolt kit Z-S0304. (Axle U Bolt Kit ) but in the description it states not for the TF2.

Looking that the TF2 Regular wheelbase uses the Z-A0058 axle should I not use the Axle U-bolt kit Z-S0068, ( U-Bolts Kit for Yota Axle )??

If I use a U bolt kit, would it make it easier to assemble the leafs with the Steel Leaf Spring Helper, Z-S0903?

Thanks for any advice, haven't started building yet but soon, very soon. (Axial build is almost done)

Leigh

There are different u bolt kits for the Yota 1 and yota 2 axles due to the different in axle shaft size.

Get the correct u bolt kit for the axle you are running

Then I assume U-bolt kit Z-S0068 then.

Good question. I'm also looking to get the U-bolts but not quite sure if the Z-S0068's are the correct ones.

Take a look at your axle, if the pumpkin has a horizontal line across it aka Yota axles, then you will part number Z-S0068.

If it doesn't have a line across it, which means the pumpkin is a solid piece, its the Yota II axle and you will need part number Z-S0304.

Just so we are clear on which axles you have, refer to this video.

I refuse to pay $60 for a set of freaking U-bolts, nuts, and simple metal plates than any schmuck with a drill could make. GMade sells a U-bolt kit for the Sawback that I've been wanting to try.
