Anyone used JEC leaf mounts?

I want to change axles on my TF2 to an ar44 style axles (specifically SSDRC Pro 44 axles) and am wondering if anyone has experience with the JEC leaf mounts.
How much does it change the ride height? Are people going leaf over or under axles?

I picked up a used TF2 with the JEC mounts for the AR44s. As far as I can tell, it doesn't affect the ride height much if any.

And yes, leaf over the axle.
