Default rs10 upper link bolt

How do you remove the upper link bolts?

They are loc-tited in, so you can hold the tip of a soldering iron to the bolt to liquify the loctite, then hold the shoulder of the ball with some pliers while you unscrew the screw.

You can try to hold the ball with pliers without heating things up, just be extra careful not to strip/twist off the head of the screw.

If you just want the link out of the way while working, you can leave the ball attached and pop the plastic part of the rod end off of it, or just take out the 2 screws that hold the upper link mount to the axle housing.
