Very nice...now folks will have options for upgrading motors. How do these motors compare to the stock 380's from the old rs10's?

| Front and/or rear
Why is there a front and rear motor....does the rear motor happen to come with a 8t pinion on it or something ? What is the difference in them to make them front and rear ?

I'm not sure of the front and rear difference, I think its just for the wiring of the motor rotation. So people that just want to color code the wiring, that makes it plug and play.

There may be a timing difference too.

I would recommend upgrading the servos 1st, as those are most likely to fail from the stock RTR. Doesn't matter what motors you have if you can't steer...

I already have some problems with the tyres (HB Rover) hiting the stock motor and electric wires so how bad will it be with these?!.. To be honest I've been reading threads about upgraded motors and after looking at mine I just can't see how they all fit... |

they come stock in every rs10 xt they gotta fit! mine came with them.....till the tire ripped the wires out of the end....5 mins after i got it! lol. i bought some 380 banbots and think they do better. just ordered some v10 60s for mine. if 540s fit (wit alot of grinding) you can get the 390 in there but i dont think youll see much of a diff. | |
