Those turned out well. They kind of look like some of the Marlin Crawler F-Toys...

How much room is there in the battery compartment....wondering what packs could fit up there other than the sticks.

I have always liked this buggy, it shouldn't be to hard to make with some minor change to work as a RC crawler. "thumbsup"

as for the room where the batt is, well between the "frame rails" there is 2 1/2" as for depth or how low the "tray" sits right now there is 7/8" at the shortest point (at the front) and the length well the pede is the limiting factor there. basicly the only measurment that cannot be changed easly by a little drilling new holes and trimming of the battery tray are the width between the "rails". hopefully that helps ?

I got #2 done today, no time to run it, just enough to build and take pictures will it looked so purty. Cause next pictures will not look like this :flipoff:
