:-(how do i make a camper shell for my toyota hilux i tried to make it out of styrene but i cant bend i perfect

honestly...practice, practice, practice. You could always try forming it out of a block of foam and then shaping the bends in the styrene around them using the foam as a template. Hope it helps you out -Tim |

Maybe your not using the right thickness, To start I would make a square the size of your bed as a base. Use thicker styeren to make the ribs of the camper. Front ,back maybe 2 in the middle. Then glue them to the base. Then use thiner styeren and go over the ribs. It should be easy, makes me want to build 1 |

| Why not make some out of some light weight metal? I used to do dirt oval bodys made from tor up sprint car wings. The bodys was a little heavy but they would last for ever. |

Hair dryer, boiling water, oven........... just get it warm enough so it bends.
