how do you guys make scale bumpers and what do you use to weld them together.

dont soider it, depending on the type of bumper you wish to make it may be easier to find a chunk of delrin shape it to your likings. exesivefire does this and they come out very nice. If you want to cut thin sheet metal, i would advise brazing because its easy if you already have the tools.

well im 15 and have no tools so what would be the easiest way or is there someone who would make me one

Im 15 too and I made a flatbed out of 3/16 steel brakeline. I brazed mine. Its really easy after you get the hang of it.
