I mounted the servo on the Front axle, For the easiest & fastest way to get going I would recommend this route.

I used Servo Tape on top of the Axle, Holding up nicely so far.

Next I took the Case off the reciever/ESC, I guess you don't have too, I just like the smaller footprint it leaves.(out of case)

All wrapped up... Ready to install. Cut opening in wrap for servo plug in.

Plug in everything and mount ESC/REC

I'm liking your new ride Tom I may have to try one of those. I'm just finishing my first Micro a comp crawler using Sven's Pinch chassis. They are very addicting I don't know why but I didn't really expect that.

A little stiff right now, I don't have any weight in the wheel's. I think once I add some weight it will help w/articulation.

I'm disappointed in the flex of this setup, I'm going to try boiling the springs tomarrow. If that doesn't work I'll try soaking them in WD40 or something??? I've already removed the leaf spring mounts and bolted them directly to axle and made a new trans mount. Solved tire to spring clearance and put more leverage on springs but still stiff. Also stopped driveshaft bind by lowering the ride height. Sorry, not trying to thread jack here...

Any updates on the chassis how does it perform? Im thinking of getting one, but not many seem to say anything of them or even see any vids of it in action.

Update:

New leaf springs from blade, The newer ones should get a little more Flex out of the chassis.

The New Design on Top, Old on Bottom.

What Old leafs looked like.

What New leafs look like installed.

I am going to spend some more time w/new set-up, get some more pictures & will update.

Hey, I was just wondering which wheels you like better... the CAC's or the Vertex's? I just got a TMC chassis and it seems that some heavier wheels would really help it crawl. Are the CAC's close in weight to the Vertex's?

I know the CAC's are not real beadlocks... which give's the Vertex's a plus 1.

Hands down the Vertex's.

The CAC's do not have the weight the Vertex's do.
