Default Jan. 23-24

Weather permitting I will plan on being at the Zoo Saturday around 1pm. Sunday is out for me as i'm making one of my annual business trips to Orlando, FL; a great three day adventure testing new equipment for John Deere.

Post up if you are interested.

Hit the Waffle House and down a jug of Gatorade before you go to bed Nate. You'll be fine. I hope I can have mine sorta ready by then.

Come on out and join us man. BTW if you can make it, there is a comp in Anderson next weekend. It would be good comp to start out at.

I will have to see what the weekend of the comp looks like. Sounds like it would be great to go to. The only thing holding me back is i will be heading that way Tuesday on my way up to NC and i dont think the wife wants to make that drive twice cause i am sure she would like to go with me to the comp.

So, who all is coming to the Zoo Saturday. I'll setup some courses as usual and bring some score sheets with me if you guys want to keep score.

About 75% chance of making it. I heard about a flood warning til friday for the area. Oh and i come down the hill and instead of turning right into the parking lot for the Zoo do i go into that shopping center? Then where? Thanks and i hope i make it out which like i said its looking good.

We've been parking at the zoo parking lot as of now untill it warms up and the zoo gets busy again. Look for the silver Taco.

my driveshaft adapters got here for the RF, so I might be able to build it after work and get over there tomorrow. man, that'd be a quick build, huh?

Let's see.
Install adapters
cut down driveshafts
make new sleeves
shim axle
grease axles
make knuckle weight
mount body
install electronics in some sort of fashion.

All you need is some duct tape and hose clamps.

hot glue has made some nice lead attaching material on my MRC. It looks like i will see you guys up there too! It will be nice to have a larger than 10X10 area to crawl on and be with other crawlers.

Cool. I have to warn you though, once you see Mike and Nates comp rigs you'll find yourself wanting to spend lots of money.

Oh that bug already bit me. Last 3 weeks i have dumped close to 150 into mine. Plus i have a list that is going to add that much more i would say. Motor, BEC, ESC, ROVERS, then go lipo! thats the plan in that order for the next round.
