anyone still crawling in the upstate?

Hey all,
I have recently moved to the upstate area. Living in Fair Play and working in Anderson. It seems like their has been a giant drop off in activity up here.

Is anyone still crawling or trail riding? if so any interest in a gtg?

There are several of us that are still alive and kicking. Not too much in the Anderson area. But, if you find a cool spot, post up and we can try to get together!

I know that we have been running at Glendale Shoals in Spartanburg as well as a few placed just over the border in NC.

Many people have moved over to local groups on Facebook as well. If you have an account check out Carolina Scale Crawlers and also South Carolina Radio Control Crawlers! It will pick up some more once the cooler weather comes around again.

I'm still searching for a good place in Anderson. Lately i have been playing on the trash pile at Yoder's in Fair Play. They have been dumping rocks and broke up concrete (no actual trash) on the outside of the fence for a while.
Also with the lake being down, there are some good places at the surrounding boat ramps.

Athens29 i am about 5 minutes from the SC/GA line off hwy85. Let me know and we can meet up sometime. I am in the process of building a sweet course in the backyard.

i just moved from the Gwinnett /Walton area. i don't think anyone on that side of GA is into rc's.

Check out the GA Rock Zombies page on Facebook. It stays pretty active there. I know that something is usually going on every weekend. Between comps and trail rides.
