| about this truck
does anyone know about the new Exceed 1/8th Maxstone 8 crawler.If anyone has one i would like to know if the axles are strong and how fast is it plus it looks like they copied clodbuster axles

| www.nitrorcx.com go under crawlers and it's the 1/8th i want to know if the plastic on the exceeds are good and you can buy different gearing so i would like to know if i can make it fast to make a monster truck racer like the clods

your right the axles do look like clod's. like cheap clod's. i wonder how easy it would be to get replacement parts when you brake something? did you watch there utube video they also offer up a 1/10th and 1/18 scale crawler the 1/10 look like the axial and the 1/18 looks like the MRC only cheaper construction. until they been out a while i would stick with name brand crawlers. if your looking to save some money you should look up the classifieds here on rccrawler |

I just want to make a nice monster truck .It looks like clod buster gears will fit.i might pick one up when there back in stock.But the guy from nitrorcx was so rude on the phone.All i asked was how fast does the truck go and when they will be back in stock.After trying to talk to him he said 30 to 35 MPH and he has no clue when they will be back in stock.Theres no way it goes that fast.Wish a different place sold them

if you look real close too youll notice the gearcases and tubes are molded form different materials and by different processes,,i dont think i would risk the money id be willing to bet the axle tubes are soft |

I found out it's the same as the Intergy rock crawler.But the truck won't be good for me because i want to build a monster race truck and this has lock diffs.
