Default Servo question?????

I'm almost ready to buy the servos for my crawler, but I'm in a debate with myself. I know some people use the XTM 175 servos and some use the Hi-tec 645mg servos. I've narrowed it down to those 2. I've used the Hi-tec 645mg before and had good results, but I was racing 1/8 buggys. So I know this servo is tuff. I mean it did hold up to my crappy racing.

I guess what I need to know is, does the XTM 175 have metal gears and ball bearings? I understand it has more torque and is about $5 less than the Hi-tec servo.

Has anyone had any trouble with either one. I will be using my crawler for play not competition. At least not yet. I don't know of any groups or competitions in the DFW area.

Lemme know what you guys think.
