Default Got my chasis!

I'm on my way to building up a Clod crawler.. I picked up an Inet RC chasis off eBay, and it just came. This thing is so nice! Now I need to start shopping for parts!

Anyone have any clod axles they wanna sell?

LOL.. yeah, it does.

I know, I know. I'm just trying to figure out what to get. I want a long wheel base, but I'm not sure what links to go with. I don't plan on getting into any competitions or anything, this will be more for backyard fun/crawling over everything/anything I can.

Default Update!

I've ordered some things, most are still on the way. I got my tires today.. holy SH*T! these things are HUGE! I knew the measurements, but they're bigger than I expected.

With the links I have on order I'm looking at a 16.25" wheelbase. It might look odd with the huge tires, so after looking at my frame I might be able to flip it upsidedown and be able to get a 19.25" wheelbase. We'll see.

The cup that the frame is resting on gives it 5.25" of ground clearance, but final GC may be higher because I'm not sure how it'll sit once I have the links on.

I also got my body, thanks to board member rbl. It's a pretty sweet H1 body that's HUGE, too. The body is a good 18" long, and should fit my truck perfectly.

Here are a couple pictures of the stuff: (sorry for the poor quality, it's a crappy old digi camera.)
