Got some parts in over the weekend and have put together the chassis and the axle's and mounted then together. Still trying to decide if I want to go w/ aluminum knuckles w/ batt mounts and weather or not to run brushless motors because I have a pair of 55T lathes

Here is a link to my NN rebuild. There may be some useful ideas in there. The NN is a great platform, plenty capable. Have fun.

NN rebuild

I just bought the soon to be available aluminum knuckles from jpcustoms ( in the venders section ). Bling and function. Never tried brushless, 55's have good power.

I looked at those knuckles from jpcustoms man are they nice but I think I'll wait and just use the stock ones. I don't want to drag the build out I want to see how it crawls
