| Coil'd TLT
Never seen coils on a TLT before This set-up really works well on the rocks. It articulates like link mounted shocks while controlling torque roll like axle mounted shocks. Its super soft when it needs to be on rocks, while being stiff on solid ground. The truck is a little bouncy, but it doesn't affect perfomance too badly. Heres how I mounted them: On the axles, I mounted them using upside-down spring cups like on Grizzly's clod At the chassis, I used a 3x30 screw to go through the spring into the chassis. The large washers and the delrin inside of the spring that the screws pass through make sure the springs stay put. The result is this: And yes, I snapped the front driveshaft and broke a joint on the chassis about 5 minutes before these pics were taken. |

Looks awesome, do you prefer this way over a standard shock setup? Would you recommend it to anyone?
